Scope of application:

Construction process:
The base layer requires the strength to meet the design standard, the flatness meets the design and specification requirements, and the requirements are to be firm, smooth, smooth, and there must be no sanding, honeycomb surface and unevenness; the yin and yang angles must be smeared into arcs, through the wall. Installation of pipes and embedded parts must meet the design requirements.
The base layer cleaning shall ensure clean, no floating ash, floating dust, no water accumulation, and the moisture content meets the design requirements;
The enamel coating film adopts the construction method of high-pressure airless mechanical spraying. The nozzle mouth should be about 800mm from the base surface, and the A-B component fan-shaped intersection should be about 400mm from the base surface. The construction is carried out continuously and continuously for 4 to 5 times. The longitudinal and transverse overlapping width of two adjacent spraying units should not be less than 100mm. The coating of the coating film should be uniform, continuous, smooth surface, smooth, no cracks, holes and other defects, and the thickness meets the design requirements.

Construction Notes:
The construction temperature is suitable from 5 °C to 35 °C. It is not suitable for construction in rainy, snowy, freezing and above 5 class winds.
When the paint is used, it should be fully stirred. When the material is not used after opening the barrel, the lid should be sealed in time to avoid the intrusion of debris and rain, resulting in waste.
After the construction of the waterproof layer is completed, it should be protected in time to prevent damage and pollution.
Packaging, storage and transportation:
Packaging: The product is sealed in plastic drum; the A component is two kinds of packaging specifications: 200kg/barrel, 50kg/barrel; B component is 15kg/barrel.
Storage and transportation: When storing and transporting, the storage temperature is 5°C~40°C; under normal transportation and storage conditions, products of different specifications should be stacked separately, and mixing is strictly prohibited. Avoid sun and rain during storage and transportation, and pay attention to ventilation. The shelf life is at least 12 months from the date of production.
